For a broken tool, unexpected output, privacy question or product suggestion, contact us by email. Please do not attach confidential documents. A short description of the problem, the tool name, browser/device and the error message is usually enough to investigate.

Before reporting a processing problem
- • Confirm the uploaded format is supported by the selected tool.
- • Try a smaller non-sensitive test document to see whether the problem is file-specific.
- • Include the page range you entered when reporting Delete, Extract, Split or Rotate issues.
- • Never send passwords, payment credentials or sensitive source documents by email.
